STEP ONE: Complete returns form
Complete the returns form. This can be found on the reverse side of your invoice sheet within your delivery.
STEP TWO: Purchase your label
We have teamed up with DHL to ensure our customers have the best possible service and rates for a return or exchange with an express service at $39.95. Alternatively, you can use a courier of your choice. (Please note we do not hold any responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed items. We are also unable to track these items on your behalf)
Purchase your DHL label here. Once purchased, please email us (email@example.com) quoting the items you are returning with the five digit code in brackets on your invoice form. Example (49839). Please then allow at least 24 hours for your purchased label to be emailed to you.
Once we have received your order we will then process your return using the details provided within your order confirmation and email you your returns label and customs letter which must be attached to the outside of your package*
Once your parcel has been dropped off your item will take 1-3 days to get back to us. You can keep an eye on the status of your parcel by using the tracking number provided once your receive your returns label. Once we have received your item(s) back we will than process a refund or exchange as per your instruction given on the returns form
*Please note that the label can only be processed during office opening hours - 9AM GMT - 17:00PM GMT Monday to Friday and 9AM GMT - 12:00 PM GMT on a Saturday - We aim to process all labels within 24 hours of receiving an Order Confirmation.
