We are currently restructuring our returns process to make it even easier and for our US customers to return an item to us. At the moment if you are seeking to return an item to us simply download a returns form and follow the three easy steps highlighted below 

  1. Download and Complete Your Returns Form
  2. Pack Your Parcel
  3. Send your item back to us using a courier of your choice

Complete the returns form within the returns portal using your Order Reference Number and order details. 

Pack Your Parcel

Pack your parcel including your completed returns form

Return Your Items

Print your returns label and attach it the the front of your parcel. Once completed take your return to your local DPD drop off shop.

Please see below for details of our returns policy - and please remember not to remove any labels/barcodes or tags attached to the items or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment.

*Please Note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods. This service has a sole purpose to provide our customers with a convenient option at a discounted price to return any goods back to us.  All usual terms and conditions apply. 

Any item(s) can be returned for an exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:

  • We request that unwanted goods must be returned back to us within a minimum of 14 days from receipt of the item(s). To exercise right to return when requesting a Refund / Exchange / E-voucher (credit note)  and in compliance of the long distant selling act a maximum of 30 days is given. Items marked as Sale must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. 
  • The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes, the original packaging and the invoice enclosed from the original order.
  • All items will be checked on receipt by our Returns department. Additional exceptions to the Returns Policy are: Underwear, Earrings & items sent back in an unsaleable condition including goods with a defined, strong odour such as strong cooking smells, smoke etc.
  • We advise that ALL returned goods from within the should be sent using a tracked and secure delivery method with the relevant insurance to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier as Stuarts London cannot be held liable for any items lost or stolen in the post.
