Order Status

There multiple statuses for your order depending which stage it is at. Below is a list of the statuses you will see when checking your order's progress.

  • Pending Payment - This indicates that we have received your order creation and we are awaiting for payment confirmation from your selected payment provider
  • Payment Received - Your order has been received and is awaiting to be picked
  • Processing Order - Your order is being worked upon by the dispatch team - Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 24 hours to notify you of any issues.
  • Awaiting Dispatch - Your order is awaiting collection - you will not be able to make any amendments to you order after this point
  • Order Dispatched - Your item has been dispatched with one of our couriers
  • Collect In Store - Your order is now ready for you to collect in store

Once your item has been dispatched or is ready for you to collect you will receive a notification email along with a tracking number and a link to the couriers tracking service

Incomplete Orders

The below statuses indicated that we have not received your order succesfully

  • Order Incomplete - This indicates that you are yet to place your order
  • Payment Failed - This means that your payment attempt for your order was unsuccessful

Successful Refunds & Cancellations

If you have returned your order the below status indicates the following

  • Order Refunded - This indicates that your order has been refunded
  • Order Partially Refunded - This indicates that one of your items has been refunded 
  • Order Cancelled - This status indicated that you order has been cancelled
